Love

Last night to “boycott” Valentine’s Day, we had friends over for make your own pizza night and chocolate fondue. During fondue we all ended up sharing our engagement stories. If the retelling of your engagement mixed with chocolate fondue doesn’t scream Valentine’s Day, I’m not sure what will.?

The night progressed into a fun-filled game of Scategories. I won with 52 points, which should have been 53 points because there is a Knitter of the Year award. Thank you Ann Rubin, KotY 2006. My favorite part of the evening was after the official game was over. We continued to play where someone chooses a letter and then just calls out random scategories. Then everyone just yells out an answer and the first person to say something “wins.” So, the letter was T. The clue was things that jump/bounce. The answer, without hesitation and within .5 seconds of the clue being read, “tits!”?

Genius. I’m just sad Jeremy thought of it and not me.

Twitter Bowl

Kottke posted this today and it’s lots of fun. I wish the NYT would do twitter stats like this for all? things in life. Weekends, especially Sundays, in college towns would be intersting/disgusting to see. People twittering about Lost on Wednesdays would be fun too.

Side note: it must suck to live in Montana and South Dakota where either no one twitters or no one watches the Super Bowl.
